Please be sure to read our policies and guidelines prior to making an appointment. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to our terms.

+ BOOKING POLICY

  • Please complete the Client Consultation form and the appropriate intake forms for your desired service before your scheduled appointment.
  • Please complete the Covid-19 form upon arrival to your appointment as signs and symptoms could change overnight.
  • Please be prepared to have your temperature taken before entrance is allowed. Your temperature should not be above 98.7 degrees. If you arrive and your temperature is above 98.7 degrees, your service will be canceled.
  • Please avoid wearing necklaces and jewelry to the appointment.
  • Please be prepared to wash your hands upon entrance into the skin lounge.
  • Please, no kids unless they are receiving services.
  • Please no extra guests unless they are receiving services.
  • All services have a 10-minute grace period to arrive. After 10-minutes, your appointment is subject to be canceled and charged 50% of the service for a same-day cancellation.
  • Cancellations should be communicated 24 hours before the scheduled service. Improper cancelations will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service on the day of cancellation. Please call or cancel your scheduled appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
  • All booked appointments will receive a text message, email, and confirmation phone call from a Sugar Me Pretty Representative to confirm your appointment and desired scheduled service.
  • All Microdermabrasion and Chemical Peel services require a Consultation Facial before booking. We pride ourselves in building a rapport with each client and their personal skin needs before performing those services.

+ PAYMENT POLICY

  • All Appointments require a valid credit card on file to secure your appointment. Your card will not be debited to reserve your appointment.
  • Payments Accepted: Cash preferred, Credit, Debit (Visa & Mastercard)
  • No Checks Accepted

+ COVID-19 GUIDELINES

In order to ensure the safety of our staff and customers, and comply with the health guidelines, the following will be enforced upon opening.

Here’s what we’re doing for you:

  • Our space has been deep cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom, and will be repeated regularly to ensure absolute cleanliness.
  • All team members will be wearing masks and gloves at all times.

  • Gloves will be changed between every customer, and all surfaces disinfected.

  • Customers will wait outside and brought in one by one to maintain physical distancing.

  • Reduced number of appointments to allow for effective cleaning and distancing.

  • Appointment duration times have been extended to ensure time for complete sanitation of service rooms (this does not mean you will be there for longer, but rather gives us time to effectively clean, as well as have no overlap with the next customer).

  • We will not be taking walk-ins at this time.

  • We will waive all cancellation fees if you have tested positive, been in contact with anyone who has contracted the illness, or are experiencing any symptoms.

Here’s what you can do for us:

  • A mask must be worn throughout the entire duration of your visit. If you do not have a mask, one will be available for purchase.

  • Single person appointments only, no friends or family at this time.

  • Please arrive on time, if you are more than 5-10 minutes early, please wait outside until our technician greets you.(If you are late, please understand that this could result in losing your appointment.)

  • If there are people in the waiting area, or at the checkout, please allow 6 feet of space until greeted to lessen the number of people grouping together at a given time.

Please do NOT book an appointment if you:

  • Have tested positive with COVID-19 in the last two weeks (please wait until fully recovered and receive updated negative test results).

  • Are currently awaiting test results for COVID-19.

  • Live with or been around anyone who has tested positive in the last two weeks.

  • Are experiencing any of the following symptoms (Runny nose, congestion, sore throat, cough, fever).
